Computle Ethos

Computle was founded in 2020 as a workstation subscription service. Its founder had seen three problems while delivering computing projects for large organisations: hardware upgrades took too long, pricing was inflexible and users were frustrated. Five tenets have shaped the service since.

Computle offers a small set of standard workstation tiers rather than a variation for every scenario. Understanding what users need and delivering a refined service costs less than bespoke configurations, and the result is easier for users to understand.

Prices are published on computle.com/pricing. There are no hidden fees, no set-up fees and no charge per support ticket. The price you sign is the price you pay until renewal.

Rather than reselling rack workstations or servers, Computle designs its own blade workstations and runs its own end-to-end supply chain. See Our Approach to Engineering and Supply Chain Management.

Cloud platforms built for enterprises need a large investment of time and money before they pay off, which puts graphics-accelerated machines out of reach of smaller organisations. Computle delivers its infrastructure with one standardised approach, so a small organisation subscribes to workstations without that investment. There is no minimum order.

Every subscription includes the hardware and a named contact you can reach directly. Maintenance and upgrades are handled in house by Computle rather than split between several companies.
